Sidney extracurricular eligibility
The Sidney City School District recognizes the value of interscholastic extracurricular activities for students in grades 7-12 as an integral part of the total school experience. Since participation in these activities is a privilege and not a right, students are expected to demonstrate competence in the classroom as a condition for participation.
Students participating in any program regulated by the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) must also comply with all association eligibility requirements.
