Scholarships 2. Federal Grants (non-repayable) Examples: Pell Grants, SEOG 3. State Grants (non-repayable) Examples: Ohio Student Opportunity Grant, Ohio Choice Grant, Ohio Academic Scholarship, Ohio War Orphans, etc. 4. Loans (must repay after set times, usually graduation from college) FAFSA Application click here Begin filing out FAFSA information starting October 1st. Complete using prior year tax returns. Priority filing deadline is December 1. Complete the FAFSA pre-application worksheet found on the website. This is a useful tool to get you organized and ready for when it is time to apply. FSA PIN Numbers and IDs are all set up through this website (click here), and must be registered for before you will be allowed to complete the FAFSA application.
